Registration

Registration on the site is open to anyone resident in the UK and allows purchase of books from the catalogue for use by blind and partially sighted people. Registration to purchase books is free.

BookStream book club

The BookStream book club is a subscription service open to blind and partially sighted people resident in the UK.

Delivery

When you receive your goods, the package will contain a 'dispatch' note. This is not an invoice but it should be retained in case you need to return the goods for any reason. Daisy books will normally be dispatched to you within seven to ten working days. Braille books will normally be dispatched to you within twenty five working days

Payment

You can choose from the following ways of paying online:

  1. Credit cards: we accept Visa and Mastercard.
  2. Debit cards: we accept Delta, Maestro, Solo and Electron.

Organisations can also choose to pay for book purchases by account.

Distant selling regulations

Customers have the right to cancel an order within seven working days from placement of the order.

Exports

Customers from outside the UK cannot register on the site but can use the catalogue as a guest user.  Customers outside the UK who wish to purchase publications should call the RNIB Exports Department on +44 (0)1733 37 54 00.

Books obtained from this site may not be copied or distributed in any format without a prior written agreement from RNIB.
